Where a later page does not reprint its column headers, the tool carries the column layout forward from the page that did, so continuation pages line up correctly instead of collapsing into a single column.
Repeated headers removed automatically
Banks reprint the column header on every page. Convert page by page and that header lands in the middle of your data repeatedly. We detect and drop those duplicates, leaving one header at the top.
Works with tables that have no borders
Many statements align columns with whitespace alone. Because we map each value using the header row's actual position on the page rather than looking for ruled lines, bordered and borderless tables both convert reliably. A third fallback handles messy layouts with no clear grid at all.
Real numbers, not text
Amount columns are written as actual numeric values with thousands formatting and right alignment, so they sum and sort immediately in Excel rather than arriving as useless text strings.
