Reporting a conversion problem
This is the most useful kind of message we get, and the detail matters. Please include:
- Which tool you used - PDF to Excel or Image to Excel.
- What you expected versus what actually appeared in the spreadsheet.
- Whether the source was a digital PDF, a scan, or a phone photograph.
- Any message shown on screen.
Please do not email us your bank statement
We do not need your actual document to investigate, and we would rather not receive sensitive financial data by email - it is far less secure than the conversion process itself.
If a sample is genuinely necessary, redact the account number, name, and balances first, or recreate the problem with fabricated figures in the same layout.
