The service

Digital PDF Tools provides free, browser-based tools that convert documents into spreadsheet format. No account is required. We may add, change, or withdraw tools at any time.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the legal right to upload and convert any document you submit.
• You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, including processing documents you obtained without authorisation.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• You must not use automated tooling to submit files at a volume that degrades the service for others.

Conversion accuracy - please read

Document conversion, and optical character recognition in particular, is inherently imperfect. Output quality depends heavily on the quality of the input: a clean digital PDF converts far more reliably than a photograph of a printed page taken at an angle in poor light.

We make no warranty that converted output will be complete, correctly aligned, or free of transcription errors. You are responsible for verifying converted figures against the original document before relying on them - especially for accounting, tax, legal, audit, or financial reporting purposes.

Do not treat converted output as an authoritative financial record. The original document remains the source of truth.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime and may take the service offline for maintenance without notice. Conversions in progress may be lost if the service restarts.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including financial loss resulting from inaccurate conversion output, lost or corrupted files, or service unavailability.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights in the documents you upload and in the output generated from them. We claim no ownership over your content.

The website itself, including its design, text, and underlying software, remains our property.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
